This isn't a guns problem, it's a culture problem, because there are tons of countries where guns are perfectly legal that have few or no school shootings and countries where guns aren't legally available where they do have a problem with school massacres.
My point was that these are rights guaranteed by the Constitution. You can’t pick and choose what rights you want to take away or limit, because once you allow one to be limited, then the rest of them will follow. If for instance you take away 2nd amendment rights, what stops the govt from deciding your 4th amendment rights are a threat to a protected society.
