I’m glad you posted this. I sent Valentines Day wishes to my adult kids, and wondered if they’d wish I hadn’t.
My grandma did this every year. This definitely made me think of her and put a smile on my face. Thank you for that.
I’m 43 and my mom emailed me today to apologize for not sending me brownies this year. She sends them pretty much every Valentines Day. I told her it was fine, she doesn’t need to send them. But I was honestly hoping they would be in the mailbox when I got home from work as they are the only Valentine I ever receive. Oh well.

Get out there and meet people! Form new connections. Figure out what types of people you get along with.
My mum used to do the same to me and we were each others valentines. It was great :)
