Net Neutrality shouldn’t be a partisan issue.

Not saying you can't ever have kids. Just be smart about it. No reason they should suffer, too.

The local theater near me just opened after renovations yesterday. They now have a fully stocked bar, which will surely make my viewing of Justice League this weekend more tolerable.

Tryptophan isn't horse tranquilizer. Plenty of foods have as much or more of it than turkey does.

I had to by some cold medicine and I'm thankful some stores were open. I usually work all holidays and know the struggle.

This happens every year. I order my parents’ Christmas presents online, have the gifts delivered to their house, and beg them not to open any parcels they get until Christmas Day.

13 hothands01 My buddy just put in his 2 weeks with a huge retailer. He has been an executive for 6 years. They told him he couldn't use any vacation in the next 2 weeks and they won't pay him out for it. I think he is going to just not show up and see what happens.
11 Varnigma I work in IT, where we lose a lot of tribal knowledge when someone in our department leaves. I've seen this happen at every place I've worked..... IT person leaves: we find out about it via word of mouth, usually either just before their two weeks is up but usually find out after they've left. Someone in management leaves: company wide email as soon as they put in their two weeks. It boggles my mind. It's like they don't want us to know someone is leaving or has left. Sometimes that person was helping me on a project. I reach out for an update only to find out they left weeks ago. Makes zero sense.
12 M_Allen108 I think I'd feel some sick time and vacation days coming up.
