I dunno if anyone else was like this but I used to do this thing in school where I would lean back on the chair a bit, put one of my foot under the chair’s leg and then lean forward again, just slightly. Enough that I feel it but not so much so that I literally sit on my foot. I have no idea why I did it. Stress relieving I guess?
Edit: Holy shit, I did not expect this many people did this.
The pain in your feet when sat down after a very long walk
Taking your hair out of a tight ponytail you’ve had in all day and massaging your head. It hurts so good!
A deep scratch on a rash. You know you're only making it worse but it feels so good.
Pulling a really hard and stuck booger out.
I remember when I was younger and still losing teeth, pressing on that loose tooth with my tongue was this wonderful achey feeling that felt like scratching an itch in my bones. And when it fell out, just prodding the empty gums with your tongue was just as satisfying.
Nostalgia. There's just something bitter sweet about it idk
Muscle soreness from working out. It's not really "pleasurable", but it comes with a sense of satisfaction.
A deep tissue massage on a really sore muscle.
Taking off incredibly tight, high heels after a night out. It is practically orgasmic.
