36 chuckh8e Growing up we always made fun of Arkansas. I've been here for 9 years and don't want to live anywhere else. It's like having Appalachia in your backyard, except no one has heard of it.
42 ExplosionsInTheSky_ I love it when my state makes it to my front page for something positive :) they don't call us the natural state for nothing! Lovely picture.
11 SunsOut-PunsOut My wife and I's first date was here! Here's [us](https://imgur.com/a/9ft6k) 10 years later, down the street from Hawks Bill Crag (Whittaker Point) at one of Lost Valley cave waterfalls.
6 Johnwatersfall This is why I love my state
7 AnotherDawkins Used to live in Winslow, not too far from there. It was right next to Devil's Den though! Taking a vacation a bit north this weekend. I'll hopefully have some pics from around Branson at Lake Taneycomo to post next week.

8 Protophobic Also called the Hawksbill Crag, I liked this place so much I made three visits here on my road trip last year. The Ozarks are awesome. [my instagram](https://www.instagram.com/mattmacphersonphoto/) | [my 500px](https://500px.com/matthewdavidmacpherson)
2 nannymcfarts I've hiked here multiple times. It's a really beautiful area and if you hike down to the bottom there is a river you can swim in.
2 wearentfahrenheit5 Ah I love that point, me and some buddies hiked up there and sat over the ledge. It was incredibly windy! There’s lots of tiny caves around there with fire pits in them too. Beautiful place!
2 lanmonster I proposed here a year and a half ago!
1 Bamboozlerino Lovely picture. Sweet colors, too! Very r/outrun
1 powertothepeeples I made a time lapse of that spot for my work. Here is the link(OC): https://youtu.be/sxQy5cA8PWY?t=1m5s
1 CrazyWhoDatXLIV Kinda looks like a wolfs head from the side
1 06pbmKC Everyone I know goes to the lake, but no one ever does anything off the water down there. The Ozarks are such a hidden gem.
1 LeMangeurdeChattes Did you know that the lake of the Ozarks has more coastline than California?
1 Kylluah That's where Pitou ripped off Kaito's arm before killing him
1 Kimjuhz I'll die if I get lost in there
1 zheil9152 Wow. The first pic on here of a place I’ve actually been to!
1 Yonefi My coworker just told me it had more miles of shore line than California.
1 AurulentAvenger Very nice. It feels soothing.
1 cherrymama Oh my gosh! Is this the same cliff as that spooky picture of that guy's dad with the creepy dude hiding in the trees behind him!
1 CorpulentCaribou One of my friends was proposed to up there:
