I'm an attorney in the US and used to deal with clients with DWIs all the time. From what I understand, a conditional discharge (if it is all completed) won't be a barrier to entry correct?
If a person is found to be inadmissible, I understand that a temporary resident permit can be applied for. Is the significance of your stay important in determining a inadmissibility waiver, attending a wedding vs. visiting family or job?
