I've always loved how short yet dynamic this song is. Like oh we're scatting now? Cool.
This was one of the first punk videos i ever saw. It was on a vhs tape someone took from their older brother called Cinema Beer or something. It had like Rancid and Pennywise too.
I remember being disappointed when i didnt see anything like this on mtv anywhere back then.
According to their book Hepatitis Bathtub Bob was a real friend of theirs who died falling out of window. Also he was a Korean guy with dreadlocks and not a Skin.
Anyone thinking about reading it, definitely should. It was the best book I read in a long time.
Linoleum is still my favorite, thanks for brightening up my day.
NOFX is doing a bunch of shows with Bad Religion this summer. It will be my third time seeing NOFX, second time seeing Bad Religion, first time seeing them together. They're my two favorite punk bands of all time and I couldn't be more excited.
Anyway, this was one of the first songs that got me into NOFX. A little ska, a little punk, a weird little scat part at the end... perfect.
Caught them at the warped tour. Started the day with flogging Molly and ended with a powerhouse of anti-flag/bad religion/NOFX back to back to back.
Now gimmie haggis!
NOFX, Pennywise, Bad Religion, Rancid etc where the soundtracks for 90s BMX/skate videos.
I saw these guys in 95 or 96 on the “Fuck Ewe” tour and they were throwing blowup sheep with ass holes into the crowd...such a great show
I heard they suck live.
