I love how incredibly curious cows are. They’re like giant dogs.
Cows are very curious, that's true. Some of that curiosity stems from "is this something to eat" and "is this dangerous to me." Some of it is "what is this thing?"
In my experience (having raised cows), cows do not normally like dogs. Perhaps it goes back to wild cows and wolves. But generally, they don't like dogs for several reasons. (Barking, nipping at their heels, running around and under them making it hard for the cows to see them, some moms worried about dogs and their calves, etc....) So I'm thinking that the dog in this video is probably already friends with the cows and they are familiar with this dog.
Day 37: They still have not discovered I am doggo. I will remain here as cow
I love when different animal species show each other affection 😭
I love when he sticks his nose straight up in the air and the cow immediately moves close to him as if to say "What is it boy? What's that? You want us to nuzzle you? Hey guys, I think he wants us to nuzzle him!"
Our dog will go out and lay on top of one of our cows. The cows do not mind at all it seems. When we bring a bull in though that changes the whole dynamic.
Just a few grass dogs hanging out with their friend.
Well if they weren’t we would kill them by the thou- oh nvm
Tell me Mr. doggo, Do you feel in control?
