It's not medically possible to correctly deduce a person's psychiatric diagnosis or status from the medication they take. Antipsychotic medications are now used to treat not just schizophrenia but depression, bipolar disorder, insomnia, PTSD, autism, and so on. Antidepressant medications are used to treat chronic pain, migraine headaches, irritable bowel syndrome, anxiety, insomnia, and so on.
Those things are common place in most countries with reasonable gun laws. It’s not a mad or creative idea you know.
