Just think, somebody parked their car, got out and looked at it sitting that far away from the curb and thought "that looks good to me"
A neighbor once was ticketed for parking facing the wrong way. She showed me the ticket, pointing out that the statute noted was about parking with the tires more than 18" from the curb. She pulled out a ruler and showed that the tires were a lot closer than 18".
I pointed out that the statute stated the tires on the RIGHT side of the car need to be 18" or less. Her car was facing the wrong way and that she was measuring from the wrong tires...
Just sit in the road behind the car and blare your horn until someone comes out of the house.
Fart on their door handle. When they open the car, they'll have to touch the handle you farted on.
Devil's advocate: was there a lot of snow that has melted since the car was parked? I can imagine that there might have been a bunch of snow plowed against the curb, and this car was parked as close to the windrow as possible.
I refuse to define that as parked. That car has been dumped. Also, that's a very wide road.
Nicely parked. Now I'll just get an uber to take me to the curb...
I wonder if they packed a lunch and walked all the way to the curb or called a cab.
This is a soon-to-be scratched car.
