You forgot gas station sunglasses because they lost theirs....again.
Wawa or sheetz if you’re around my neck of the woods
Anybody who has done a day as a manual labourer knows it's not easy. I don't envy them at all from my air conditioned classroom
idk how my dad did it, hed never take pills or drink energy drinks/coffee. Just gatorade and being Portuguese was somehow enough
I don't understand construction workers. They're a different breed. I'm friends with a guy who would come home, get blackout drunk and stay up all hours, get up early as shit, and then just do it again the next day.
I can't imagine getting up early and doing that job after the nights he had.
Hard to find a contractor’s truck without a Kwik Trip sandwich wrapper or coffee cup in it.
Also needs like four super dirty guys in vests climbing out of a truck at a gas station or restaurant
I hope I don't become anything like these people everyone is describing :/ Been doing floors for about 9 months now and while I enjoy it everyone we work with is on some type of drug, eats like shit, will only drink sodas and refuse water. I've been trying my hardest to stick to bringing my own lunches and bottled water, making sure I get home and stretch and soak cause man the possibility of becoming that scares me
Worked in construction for over 18 years. Just had double knee surgery. I'm broke, unemployed due to physically not being able to do the job anymore and have no retirement. Don't be like me.
The "I work entry-level construction and jump job to job in my early to mid-20s since I haven't gotten good at anything yet" starter pack. Love that Kwik Trip though.
Journeyman construction? More like Vicodin and bud light.
Nothing but respect for the working man who builds society from their hands though. It’s not easy.
