I don’t know where this is but it reminds me of Sandpoint, ID. Nice picture!
I think the colour of the train helps a lot with this shot. Nice one.
Excellent composition. Great use of leading lines.
Can you talk about the process of shooting + editing this photo? Very curious. Multiple exposures?
I literally just made an account after months of lurking because I saw this picture and said to myself “oh hey that looks like my hometown” and then “holy shit that IS my hometown!”. Wonderful to see some North Idaho appreciation, pictures like this remind me how beautiful it truly is, makes me happy and homesick all at once.
How was the layout of the land when you took this shot? It looks as if you had to be standing on water!
I'm expecting that train to start flying while leaving a magical trail any minute now.
I used to work for BNSF Railway and they do a corporate photo calendar every year and this shot would be perfect.
Wow, totally stunning! Which Settings did you use?
That's one of the most beautiful photos I've ever seen! Top work OP!!
Great colors and composition !
Very nitpicky thing, the red rectangle below the tracks is drawing some attention away from the train
Still a great shot
Really nice picture, composition is spot on. To the wallpaper folder it shall go!
Is it just me or the reflection of train is really missing?
Will I see this on Railpictures.net in a few hours? Because I could see this getting some pic of the week honors.
