My father-in-law built this barn in the late 1970's near Duluth, MN. He primarily used wood reclaimed from another barn, originally built in the early 1900's near Superior, WI. They are approaching retirement and no longer raise livestock. This beauty has sat mostly disused for the past 10 years.
716 Menister Robarts library, University of Toronto. It was supposed to model a peacock, but they forgot the whole colour thing. The inside reminds me of a prison from my time there honestly, just how grey and concrete everything is. Edit: The peacock/turkey design apparently might not be true to the initial architects visions. But it was used as a prison in the movie Resident Evil: Afterlife, so it looking like a prison is true.

6 zwelt Can confirm, Robarts is the most depressing library at UofT. In winter it literally feels like a dungeon.
62 rogueginger Can confirm this building has caused me much pain. Also, apparently the whole thing is sinking into the ground because the architects forgot to account for the weight of books - in a LIBRARY.
