My mom would always talk about how she was an editor for Tiger Beat magazine when she was a teenager in the 1960’s. She would brag about spending time with the Stones and the Beatles. We always thought she was telling tall tales. Uncovered this pic cleaning out her house last week.

7550 seanbrockest Well it's your fault for using giphy. Your ISP has a "strategic partnership" with imgur. Remember, net neutrality isn't just about making you pay more. It's also about ISP's taking bribes to intentionally slow down content from rivals. Imagine what would happen if Comcast took a bribe from Bing to restrict access to Google. It's going to happen Edit: ow my inbox. And half of it was for that stupid spelling mistake, which is fixed. Nut for whatever you want!
705 elshizzo Maybe, but Comcast™ sponsored kitties will load at blazing speeds!
499 Venrexx We're getting Dial-Up back?
1120 DesMephisto Think this is possibly one of the most clever ones. Well done.
417 merczoidberg I feel so annoyed and impatient with this gif. This is definitely the most tangible and easy to understand example of the internet without net neutrality.
144 Mdamon808 What do you mean "if"? They've already decided. This is about getting the members congress to step in and stop Mr. Pai before he can go through with it.
75 GammaTheRed Powerful. I really wish I could do something, but alas, I am in Canada.
70 Zurathose Every single congressmen and Senators voicemail is full right now. Battle for the net at its finest folks.
489 Squishy_Squib Keeps the rich rich, the poor even poorer, and the dumb dumber. History has shown if you want to control your people...keep them uneducated. The biggest source of information is through the internet. Without net neutrality at least half of the population has no access to that massive source. It might seem like this is all for money and greed, but in my opinion it's much much more.
33 GreasedLightning TFW it's already like that for your internet connection.
113 frestparker Whether we wanted it or not, we've stepped into a war with the ISP’s on Earth. So let's get to taking out their command, one by one. Ajit Pai. From what I can gather he commands the FCC from an Imperial Land Tank outside of D.C.. He’s well protected, but with the right team, we can punch through those defenses, take this beast out, and break their grip on The Internet.
