169 TinyTowerDancer As a Canadian, I'm watching from the outside completely shocked that this might happen to you. 300-something million Americans about to be bent right over so some telecommunications companies can make even more money, and your government might let that happen to you. There is no need to repeal NN. None. No valid reason can possibly be given. It makes no sense at all. Imagine you not only had to pay for the Lego, but also pay for the option to build what you want with it. And in the more paranoid but not so unbelievable scenario, they do not let you build something they disagree with politically. I hope you get through these insane times, America.

5 AnkaraliDeadpool Wtf is this?
4 Batmanthecellolord If you text "resist" (just the word not quotations) to 504-09 you can create a letter that will be sent to whoever your representatives are (Senate, House, both, etc). It's a great way to help in addition to calls and other things.
5 itsnotadamgerety https://5calls.org/ is a wonderful website that provides all the information you need to call your representatives and voice your concerns. I highly recommend making use of it.
3 [deleted] Here’s a serious question. Why is reddit trying to stop something that was just a band aid fix? How about instead of going for the small issue. Go after the major one instead that put us in this position. How about reddit focuses on getting rid of legal ISP monopolies. You know, the issue that prevent competition and causes issues like this. So long you live in an area that has internet coop or tons of choices, no issue. You move to the better choice. But I know many areas especially large cities are in ISP monopolies that pretty much is here, this is all your getting and going to charge an arm and leg for only a fingers worth of internet. I agree to get rid of this. Government regulation even with good intentions just causes serious issues later on. Let people have the financial power to call ISPs out on their BS and vote with their wallet by giving them choices. Also, I remember what the internet was like before this rule was even passed, I swear people are doom preachers. I browsed the internet just fine before.
2 matt675 Can we just have our own version of the French revolution already and slay these asswipes that either are full of greed or obsessed with government control and keep pushing this bullshit every year... it’s relentless. It’s obvious no one wants this shit, it’s strongly opposed by all of the common people every time. These executives and major stockholders already have more money than they can ever use, now they need more, more, MORE? The whole internet will be like EA games micro transactions and jumping through hoops. Just kill these assholes already, they’re insatiable gluttons
