A four day work week.
Edit: I get it, 4/10's already exist. I'm talking about four days, 6-8 hours each day.
taking my kids somewhere without my wife.
"stuck baby sitting huh?"
no, i am not. they are my kids and i am not 'stuck' with them...
People having different opinions on topics and still respecting each other as human beings. "Person A agrees with me! Hurray! They see the light. Person B disagrees with me... literally a piece of trash, I hope they lose all voting rights and go to prison and get murdered." This is not how adults in what's supposed to be a compassionate accepting society should act like.
Men can be a victim of abuse.
Miscarriages. No one talks about, no one wants to think about it and it's considered shameful to have had one or to openly talk about it. Yet it happens to over a quarter of pregnancies so the result is a lot of women and couples grieving alone in isolation, thinking they did something wrong and are left utterly alone in their pain.
Don't believe it? Find any article about a couple who had a miscarriage and you'll find insensitive comments basically saying the couple is attention seeking and some things should be kept private.
Lack of experience for a job. Now, I get that having experience is important but after studying for 4 years in a certain degree and a 2 year internship I should be able to get a job in the degree I studied. I applied and got denied jobs that were 3 to 5 year experienced recommended due to "lack of working experience." Currently, I work in a job not in my area of study.
Fatigue, especially due to mental illness. Being depressed/anxious/other is incredibly exhausting. I don’t have as much energy as other, and require loads more sleep than most people. I feel judged by almost everyone who knows about it, but I can’t control feeling so tired all the time. Trust me, I would much rather have fun or be productive, but sometimes I just can’t.
