Note that a) you have to be with your legal guardian (a note from your parents won't do ;-), and b) it is completely at the discretion of the establishment.

This is true, but due to company-wide policies, local franchises of national chains (like Chili's) might still refuse to serve a child in Wisconsin.

Texas too, man. But the parent orders it, the parent receives the order, the parent gives it to the minor, the parent watches the minor. The beverage is only served directly to the adult.
