"She didn't lie she said I definitely won't be getting rocks next time, so she was right, I got bricks instead" -I chuckled.
This shit happens all the time! I saw another video like this where the kid ordered an x box card remote and he accidentally got a bong!
Was this item from Amazon or one of their third party sellers?
It's called a return scam. It happens pretty often
"Yeah, this is gonna be a short video"
*Video is 11 minutes long for no reason*
My guess is people buying product -> returning it with wrapping on it but brick inside, gets restocked -> and sold to sad buyers :(
There's no unique identifier on the box that says it was returned from BobSmith, so people can return shit like this all the time. It's an issue on Amazon quality check.
I sell on Amazon and we almost got in big trouble a few years back because of this. People were buying "Desitin Creamy Lotion" in bulk to US hotels (Brazilian billing addresses) and replacing the contents with a counterfeit substance, and returning them. We had over 300+ orders like this, all to hotels, all returned, and we were going to get slammed for selling counterfeit products.
Luckily we saw the pattern and reported it in our appeal. Stopped sending that product into fulfillment, but fuck people who do shit like this.
