This is the Computer History Museum, and except for this their display on gaming is pretty anemic. Even these seemed to be thrown in haphazardly, with no real attention paid to their place in history.
For anyone wondering, I am pretty sure this is the Computer science museum located in Mountain view CA.

I had the same sort of feeling early last year vacationing in the Bay Area. Went to the Oakland Museum of Modern Art where they were having a sneaker exhibit at the time.
Seeing the shoes I wore as a kid/teen behind glass in a museum was definitely a strange moment.

No kidding, this happened to me last night after seeing the movie Star Wars. They had on display a bunch of Star Wars ships from when I was a kid. There were several of them there that I owned. Brought me right back
