Went to my local target to check the sales out and the amount of unsold copies was unreal.
No kidding. I went shopping last night at 10. Got assassins creed origins for 25 dollars. That's nuts.
Wow I haven't actually bought a game in a while. Is it normal for them to release a "deluxe edition" at the same time as the regular game?
I was thinking this earlier today. EA would have pulled a bold move today if they discounted SWB2 by like 20-30%. Might have made up for some of the bad blood.
Just out of curiosity, has there ever been a AAA game release just before black friday that went on sale with everything else?
I really don't expect any special pricing when it just came out. All real gripes against EA aside, why should they discount it?
LA Noire for forty bucks or half a game for twice as much.
It's EA game, they don't do sales. That would mean not earning as much...
probably couldn't been discounted. not enough regular price copies sold to make a profit for the big boxes. who knows.
Those other slots for $60 games are looking pretty empty.
