Vanity Fair quote from the Article:
>Set in Los Angeles in the summer of 1969, Tarantino’s upcoming movie, according to a source who read the script, focuses on a male TV actor who’s had one hit series and his looking for a way to get into the film business. His sidekick—who’s also his stunt double—is looking for the same thing. The horrific murder of Sharon Tate and four of her friends by Charles Manson’s cult of followers serves as a backdrop to the main story.
"Has been compared to Pulp Fiction" it says in the article, and yet the only details that suggest anything of the sort is that it's set in LA, haha.
Now the only question is.. Who will Samuel Jackson play?
Hopefully, nobody steals his script this time.
Charles Manson just died so it's going to make this film feel even weirder.
I’m hoping this has an Inherent Vice ambiance and vibe, with Tarantino’s charming characters and dialogue.
So it's gonna be a story where two losers in Hollywood try to use the Manson Murders as a way "in"?
That might be an amazing idea if he pulls it off (which I think he will).
1969? You just know Quentin's gonna throw a bunch of n-words around lol.
P.S. I'm black and I don't care.
