Given the plaintiff claims he has been harassed and threatened as a result of the claims from Jones and others, I wouldn't be surprised to see this be a successful suit, and honestly I would love to see that. Not just because it's (specifically) Alex Jones, but because people like him shouldn't be able to just spread whatever conspiracies or "fake news" - about people especially - that they feel like. I could definitely see this going through as slander, given it seems like that's exactly what it is
Gotta be a tough case, but hopefully they uncover some appropriate evidence during discovery that lets them pin something actionable against one of these propaganda goons.
