Yesterday morning there was close to 2 feet of snow on the ground. This is what it looks like 28 hours of rain and 40°-60° later.
Edit: these temperatures are in Fahrenheit, not Celsius. I’m in America. My bad.
Are you in South Central PA? Here in Gettysburg it hit 65. High tomorrow is supposed to be 32. Then the teens.
At first blush, this is an ugly picture. The runoff stream is dirty, the muddy ground is covered in soggy, dead leaves and the flat, grey sky sits behind the tangle of bare-branched trees. And yet somehow, for some reason I can't put my finger on, it all comes together to make this striking, poignant scene.
I'm stunned. I've never seen such an enchanting, beautiful picture of a filthy cold place.
this must be art.
Don't go in that gazebo. It will fuck you up.
Opposite in Indiana. Was 60 yesterday with heavy rain, now 20s and heavy snow.
one of my cars was parked on top of a snow plow mound out front of my house. i came home from work to it basically sitting in the middle of the street with no snow anywhere, and me looking like a douche
