I found this article to be heavily editorialised and not factually accurate. NK isn't going to risk nuclear war, that would be the single thing they could do which would assuredly destroy the Kim dynasty and North Korea as a whole.
That said, the article is right that Internet monopolies are dangerous. As Title 2 comes to an end there needs to be consumer outcry on this fact and the FTC needs to flex, under Title 1 the FTC can enforce antitrust on companies like Google and Facebook and Twitter. I really hope this oppotunity isn't wasted.
