8 mingy You can't force somebody to arbitrate over a crime. The women simply have to report the crime to police.
13 AcidJiles Why is Uber involved at all beyond providing details on the driver and any relevant disciplinary proceedings against its employees? If someone has been sexually assaulted you go to the police report it and then the police get the drivers details off of Uber to investigate the matter. The involvement with Uber stops there expect Uber suspending or firing said driver if relevant.
24 Bilgehand I've seen multiple videos on YouTube where women falsely claim sexual assasult by the drivers. I can imagine this happening every single day, and it does.
3 TheLilliest Uber should have a background check on each driver. Uber must share some responsibility for the incident as the woman wouldn't have trusted the driver on her own, it is Uber's reputation which made her choose that vehicle.
