Legion shows us that you don't need 2-3 episodes of relationship drama to sell viewers on a TV couple. All you need is 3 minutes of great music and fantastic editing.
237 MonkeyDJosh it ended perfectly.
34 party_daz maybe Netflix will throw some money at it if viewership is high enough? I doubt Channel 4 gives a fuck
49 NotAsBadAsHitler The ending was purposefully ambiguous. If you don't want to see another season, there's a really simple solution. I for one thought the characters were hilarious and will watch it no matter how bad it is.
99 intergalaticjonny Maybe a second season but with a new cast and new story, kinda like Fargo.
21 tregorman How though?
18 Ronocm13 I mean they could very easily have a second season and have it follow a different story.
13 ixixan Well I hope he gets one. Even if S2 turns out to be shitty, that doesn't tarnish S1 for me and if it turns out to be good then, yay, more! I have no idea what the story would look like but I'd be interested to see what they would come up with.
13 cavs79 It seems perfect as is...a sequel with the same characters and continuing story line would ruin the beauty of it. It seems like it's meant to be a brief snippet of these wonderfully messed up and complicated people's lives. You can pretty much guess how their story ended after the show. The boy was either found and thrown in Juvvie or jail or escapes and hides out his whole life lol. The girl probably goes to Juvie or jail, gets out someday and lives a messed up life of poverty and prostitution.. lol
8 foomy45 I don't see how that story could go on for another season and still maintain that level of quality. I'd love to see more too but not if it ruins the show the show as a whole. According to the article the comic it was based on ends there too so seems the actual writer thought the story should end there.
3 intergalaticjonny Makes sense why it's filmed like an American film. When there driving along the corn fields reminds me of the mid west of America the shots seem really saturated
7 CleverZerg I'm a little confused by all these comments, I felt like season 1's ending was such a cliff hanger. I actually thought that it was a 10 episode season so I was very surprised when another episode didn't start playing after ep8.
5 intergalaticjonny Was wondering why it had an American vibe to it. Makes sense now I guess
20 wooandrew42 Kill it. Continuing it for another season would be forced
