71 phalanx76 Breaking Bad. Amazing show but I just can't rewatch it.
38 garradam Six Feet Under. It was such a good series... but soooo depressing...
17 kevlarbuns The Shield. I can't handle the tension for a second time.
41 lulu454 Lost.
41 tclarke345 Ted did end up with Robin???
11 bpitmd Six Feet Under and Big Little Lies. Amazing shows, but such heavy topics.
10 michapman I can't rewatch the Lifetime show "Unreal". I enjoy every episode and can't wait for a new one to come out, but once I've finished an episode I can't go back. It's too stressful and somehow knowing what's coming actually makes it more stressful to watch. I also have never been able to rewatch "The Wire"; it's too complex, and there's too much to take in for me. I plan on rewatching eventually since I suspect it's one of those shows that is better once you already know the general story because you can focus more on the fine details. But not any time soon.
8 eliz13413 Northern Exposure because it's not available for streaming, and I don't like DVD sets.
5 astonehappy I had such a good experience watching Friday Night Lights a few years ago that I'm afraid a rewatch will taint it.
4 smackythefrog A lot of the more serious shows that were also iconic. I'm not sure how long it will be until I can re-watch BrBa or Black Sails, which have been the biggest dramas that have ended recently, that I watched. I can watch a lot of comedies over again, like Scrubs, Seinfeld, PandR, and The Office, but dramas are still a bit tough. Since some mentioned HIMYM, I could probably watch that over again despite knowing the ending. Same with Scrubs and PandR which had a story to go along with the comedy.
3 StaplerLivesMatter Farscape is a little too dated now.
5 SMRTGuy297 Dexter.. Season 1-4 was absolutely fantastic. Then.. It just went to hell. Now I can't even watch any episodes without thinking a FUCKING LUMBERJACK!!!
3 GrapeMeHyena Battlestar Galactica. One of my most favourite shows ever, but the ending ruined it for me.
3 hopsandhorns Smallville. Loved the show at the time, but know enough that there is plenty of terrible in it for 10 seasons. I could never watch the whole thing again.
3 Shadowgamez The Leftovers. It was a wild and emotionally exhausting ride. I love it with all my heart, but I am not planning on a re-watch anytime soon.
3 RefusedSilk Enjoyed the majority of Twin Peaks: The Return and discussing it weekly as it aired was insanely fun, but I have no interest in rewatching it. Maybe in a few years. The Leftovers and Six Feet Under are both fantastic but very depressing so I’m good on them as well. Just for fun, the shows I find the most joy in rewatching are LOST, Angel/Buffy, P&R, and The Office. My comfort shows.
