[David Miscavige paid me to remove this comment]
I thought they locked her away at Scientology HQ. They are known to conduct *re-education* on "church" member skeptics, and lock people away for weeks at a time. The way I figure, she probably got tired of his shit, caught on to the bullshit, and thus faded into obscurity.
Any time I see Scientologist in NY I just ask them where Michele Miscavige is and they eventually pack up and leave. You gotta be equal levels petty and bitter to be me....
Tax exempt status for churches was meant to allow them to be able to maintain themselves and perhaps do charitable acts as the Lords work.......unfortunately many church have become social industrial complexes and should be taxed out of existence.
Hundreds of eyewitnesses at the church saw Leah Remini kill her.. twice.
If anyone hasn't seen it, the HBO documentary *Going Clear: Scientology and the Prison of Belief* is phenomenal, and the original book by Lawrence Wright that it's based off of is even better and more in-depth than the film. Cannot recommend them enough.
> Detective Gus Villanueva, in response to the missing person report, said: "The LAPD has classified the report as unfounded, indicating that Shelly is not missing." In August 2013, the Los Angeles Police Department confirmed they "made contact with" Mrs. Miscavige following a missing-persons report filed by Remini, but would not confirm whether they met with her in person.
She's not dead, just in hiding, for whatever reason. 'Most' think she had a falling out with her husband, who banished her.
LAPD said she isn't missing. Her lawyers say she's not missing. She's not missing.
