I'm seeing a blue line after staring at that red banner. Pretty neat
Does anyone else find it hilarious that their warning alert is a small ticker across the screen. Gotta get the nuke warning out but don't want to completely interrupt the show.
What if there was a missile from some super secret clandestine organisation and some spy thwarted their plans last second.
If systems for issuing such alarms can have an "accidentally pressed the button" type of mishap then it's either a shit system or it's bullshit and something's up. Because that's like saying that someone in some super secret underground bunker accidentally spilled some coffee on laptop and launched a nuke. Don't these decisions go through filters that make absolutely sure that the information is correct?
Jesus christ, if I saw that on TV, I would fucking shit myself.
I feel so sorry for the people there, fuck...
So my brother happens to be in Hawaii for work this week. He rarely has to travel. My dad called me around 130 today and said hey your brother got a false alarm on his phone that they were under a missile attack and he left you a message basically saying goodbye. Sooo, this afternoon I got a voicemail from my brother that I haven't listened to yet. I don't think I want to. Apparently he called his wife and my parents and me in a panic. I mean, the alert said 'this is not a drill'! I can't imagine - the poor guy :(
Life as we know it may come to an explosive halt on Hawaii, and perhaps the entirety of the United States, but Heaven forbid we interrupt that Progressive commercial!
that's headache inducing.
EDIT: I did mean the text, wow it was tough to keep reading without getting a migraine.
