I wish the clip was longer so they could have talked to the audience more. I would have liked to have heard more.
He was found not guilty because the prosecution completely bungled the case and could not prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. Everyone knows he did it, but that doesn't matter as duri mg the process of the trial reasonable doubt was still present.
He lost in civil court anyway later on.
Watch Robert Kardashian's (The defense lawyer to OJ's right) reaction to the verdict. He knew he was guilty and he was shocked he wasn't convicted.
So it was oprah who did the first reaction video.
Holy crap, I know this is only semi-related, but it's blowing my mind right now to see how accurately they selected the actors for this on *The People vs. OJ Simpson* on Netflix.
Oprah is throwing some serious shade there. She is not happy.
Hope those cheering idiots are ashamed of themselves now.
Thank the gods that the public doesn't get this involved in every court case.
With everything we know now, I’d honestly like to see OJ get an MRI to see if he has CTE.
It surprises me people were so happy with this verdict when it was fresh! I was just a kid then but my understanding now is that everyone basically accepts he was guilty. Can someone explain what the “win” was here when he was found not guilty?
Why is OJ big news again all of the sudden? Also saw that clip of him talking on a TV show about he hypothetically would have done it posted here. Some anniversary of the crime?
