Those Airbuses are so rude
That was really cool to watch. For some reason, that video makes me feel better about flying thousands of feet in the air in a heavy metal cylinder.
Just FYI, these things are so big and heavy, they introduced a new callsign appendum exclusively for the A380 (and the 225 I think), all A380 flights have "super" attached to their callsigns during radio traffic, compared to e.g. a 747's "heavy". They're really really fucking big.
Why that plane call the pilots retards
Retard. Retard. Retard. Retard.
I was gonna say 10 if you gave me chance.
Didn't try to land on a taxiway 10/10
Why did they spray it with water?
That was awesome. Thanks for sharing!
that's a fun landing to watch if you're going to SFO and have a window seat.
can also be kinda spoopy
The visual becoming an ILS followed by the captain's head shaking was a good laugh.
I believe the proper term is "mentally challenged"
they make it look effortless
Why does it seem that they can barely look out the front of the cockpit, looks like it’s at their foreheads and they can’t see out below them.
I'm curious how they coordinated this video. They had to set up all the cameras before take off in Germany, then turn them all on as they approached. They also had at least 3 ground cameras to film the landing from different vantage points.
All to make a free YouTube video
How rude of the autopilot. Just because their altitude was low, there's no reason for it to call the pilots bad names!
This looks like a very nerve-racking yet also incredibly boring job at the same time.
An a380 is literally like a small flying skyscraper. Think about that.
Damn, wanted to the engine casings open up for reverse thrust.
