"freakin A... Nice job sir! You are the man!"
Theres a series about the Canadian airforce fighter pilot training school called Jetstream.
It may not be apparent how fucking insane this is but watch that series and you will see just how many able bodied well conditioned fighter pilot trainees get raked over the coals by the basics of this.
They show lots of clips of them trying to do this and them failing. A bunch of people apparently fail out because they cant get past this point.
I wouldn't even make it to the 1G of the thing spinning. I would die from motion sickness. In case anyone wasn't aware the entire fucking time they are just casually talking he is spinning around and around.
As the Tom Scott video pointed out, I guess some people are just made to take Gs, others are not. This guy must just have the right stuff.
Small update I googled
>This was me back in 2012.My name is Anton Leonardes, I'm still a pilot in the navy. I was doing this training because I just selected tail hook (navy carrier aviation) out of NAS Whiting Feild VT-2 (you can see my patches). This training was an awesome kick in the pants. The fear of the unknown was the only thing on my mind in this training.
Those who know, how impressive is this? I remember watching redbull air race those pilots of hitting 12g in some of their turns but it wouldnt have been for 30sec (unless I remember incorrectly)
