6 jabberberrywocky Divided we fall.
4 lmac7 When Ukraine had its Russian sponsored govt collapse, Victoria Nuland famously was recorded saying the US had spent five billion dollars to secure it's goal of toppling the govt. For context, the 2016 election spending was around 2.35 billion between the two parties. So a pretty serious undertaking. Here is it reported that Russian trolls injected 100k into that election. Am I supposed to be shocked?
11 ARussianTroll Anybody who believes that Russian trolls exist in huge numbers and are a great concern, could you please enlighten me on two topics: 1) why do you think online shilling is restricted to pro-Russia opinions and there are no major anti-Russia (or anti/pro-whoever) troll armies to be wary of 2) why do you think Russia has more financial and human resources to troll in the Engish-speaking internet than its counterparts? how do you not find the idea of a non-English speaking $1.5 trillion GDP country trolling the entire Western webspace entirely idiotic? Thank you P.S. calling me a troll isn't an argument
6 Oveour We need to be aware of propaganda, and understand internal and external influences. I think this is pivotal. Russia has undoubtedly played a role here--now we must ask ourselves, what propaganda is being spread by our internal medias ? Our media is letting us know what outside influences we have, and for that I am thankful. Now let us analyze internally ?? Propaganda: information that is biased or misleading, generated to create a political slant or shift in publics point of view, to create division and publicize a particular focal point of interest. Edit: why am I being downvoted for saying propaganda is bad and asking about where it could be coming from inside the us ? Propaganda bots!

-4 RebelWithoutAClue Have Americans become so atavistic that a foreign power could play them so well? Perhaps the terrorists won by instilling enough fear to stymie rapport and debate in America and put Americans in a state to be manipulated by Russia? Perhaps Roosevelt was correct in stating that there was nothing to fear but fear itself.
